Demand remains high throughout the region, prompting companies to actively seek and acquire land and warehouse space. From advanced smart warehouses to compact micro storage facilities, new logistics centers are steadily emerging. In the coming decade, we anticipate more consistent development, with collaboration between private entities and governments to create a seamless and efficient logistics infrastructure.
